We started with a top level of the project in mind, and all tickets and tasks are grouped by project making it easy to manage.

Each project has various features to make your life easier... like notes, which are like sticky notes you leave laying around the office, only here they are collaborative. There’s also a brainstorm tab, which allows your team to brainstorm without even being in the same state – or country! You can build your feature list, create the work flow, setup mockups, and create the customer proposal, all from within Projects. Best of all, each section keeps a history of every change for future reference.

Projects offers a contractors feature, which allows you to invite an outside person to participate in one single project without having to give them access to all of your projects. When the project is over, or they are done working on the project, simply revoke the privileges and they can no longer access anything in the system.



We think the user experience is what is most important, which is why throughout Projects the user can simply drag-and-drop almost anything and everything in order to set their priorities.



Also, dates are easy to enter. Simply type in simple things like, “Today”, “Tomorrow”, or “Next Monday”. They’re easy to understand as well because they display in the same format as you think and speak.
